About Us

The ‘HBA’ is the only ACTIVE Business Association in Cortland County.

Our membership has businesses located in the Village of Homer and the Town of Homer, along with area businesses that do business within Homer. Members also include non-profit and government entities, along with friends of the HBA, which are non-business individuals and/or families.

Business Membership is about a Dollar a Week!
