HBA Board Meeting

Items for the agenda:
1. The number of board members, at this time we are unable to do business at most meetings because we do not have a quorum. We would like to propose 7 board members down from 15. President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and 3 additional board members.
2. Talk about quarterly meetings unless there are HBA items that need to be dealt with in this case we would call a special meeting as needed.
3. Talk about Magic on Main Street in Homer, Where can the HBA help Cindy with the Brockway Show on Main Street in Homer, and 2024 Winterfest.
Please join us as we are the only active business association in Cortland County and we need to continue to be leaders in our community. Please let me know if you are available to make the meeting.
